What if something falls in that shouldn't be ground?  Like chopsticks, spoons.  All you need to do is power off the processor and remove the item by hand.   Will the processor shutdown affect the normal operation of the water system and impede the flow of water?

No, the food waste processor is like a thick water pipe when it is turned off. It will not affect the normal operation of the water system.

What if I turn on the power and the garbage disposal doesn't make any sound and doesn't work at all?

Please turn off the power first, then turn on the power again, and follow the red reset button at the bottom of the processor.  If repeated operations have no effect for several times, please call the customer service hotline.

What if the power is turned on and the garbage disposal buzzes business, but doesn't work?

Please turn off the power first, insert the hexagonal wrench into the rotating hole at the bottom of the machine, rotate 360 degrees for several times, turn on the power again, and press the red reset button at the bottom of the processor.  If repeated operation for several times does not work, please call the customer service hotline.

Does it produce a bad smell when used for a long time?

Every time you dispose of food waste, it's an automatic cleaning process, so there's no bad smell.  If the processor has not been used for a long time, it can be ground with lemons or oranges to give the components inside the processor a fresh taste.

Do you need a sink of special specification?

The Green guard food waste processor is compatible with standard calibre (90mm) sinks currently on the market.  If you have a non-standard gauge sink installed in your kitchen, you can also use a conversion connector to connect it.

Does the use of the Walker food waste disposer cause a blockage in the sewage system?

There will be no impact on the sewer system.  Food waste is ground into small particles by the Green guard food waste processor.
